Demons ... and devils
Should you wish to take a look at some demons, a new page devoted to the evolution of demons throughout the various editions of the D&D game has been added to their official site. You can get to it at http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dn ... /20060626a.

You know...
those pictures are really fun and the like, but are are always so difficult to re describe in game! *chuckles*
By the way, on the subject of demons, you guys are hysterical. I have never had so much fun in a plot. It's ALL MY FAULT! *laughs*
This is what happens when Good Two Shoes talks to the half demons. The world breaks!

Confusion heard his voice, and wild uproar Stood ruled, stood vast infinitude confined;
Till at his second bidding darkness fled, Light shone, and order from disorder sprung.

Time has come for the second book in the series to be published, the one about devils.
For those who still wonder what the differences between demons and devils are, ...
- Devils (most of them are Baatezu) come from another plane of existence called the Nine Hells (or Baator), and they are lawful evil (scheming, plotting, making contracts where you sell your soul, ...).
- Demons (most of them are Tanar'ri) come from another plane of existence called the Abyss, and they are chaotic evil (anger, bloodthirsty, powerful, reckless, ...).
The new page on devils throughout the various version of D&D can be found here. Some might recognize the gelugon (or ice devil) if they recently met one in a rather cold place, or the abishai, osyluths (bone devils), imps, lemures, and nupperibos they might have encountered near Bel's fortress.
