Is this just my experience with groups or is it everyone?
Myself and many of the people I rp with on a regular basis, have found that when you form a group...the middle or back people are attacked more often than the front. Isn't the back/middle for mage/weak/ranged-weapon characters, while those in front guard against attack?
Has anyone else found that it the middle or back is always attacked first?
I realize ICly this could happen if the attackers came from the side or back, but most times if the leader leads you into a room/cavern/pathway/tunnel, the leader would be attacked first.

I've also noticed this: even in small groups of 2-3, the front seems attacked less often than the others. Pity the mages!
However, I've also been in groups where the front definitely got the brunt of all attacks. There's either something hit-or-miss, or some factor we are not considering. Perhaps small, or flying, NPC's can attack without regard to rank in the party they attack?
