Earth Genasi's
Ah yes I was wondering and looking for input. How do we play an earth genasi being translucent or whichever it is.
I take only what I need and I need everything!

Perhaps some characteristic of some planar in the Planar Handbook, there is no mention of Earth Genasi being Translucent in the Faerun supplements.

I would think it best to refer to Faerun-specific sources for the traits and characteristics of most PC creatures. Many creatures can be very different from campaign world to campaign world, much like elves, which are completely different in Faerun than in many other campaign worlds, even other WtoC sponsored campaigns.

Aaaaaaah. I get it now.
Earth genasis can walk through rocks and stones.
There is no way to do that in game though.
So, the best approximation is to make them able to walk through doors, i.e., constantly affected with passdoor. And, when you are affected with passdoor, you get the (Translucent) flag.
I'm open to debating whether this affect should remain or not.

I would say ignore it...or when one is outside, they can blend into the ground...which is what I would think would be best.

It says that they are sometimes mistaken as boulders. Maybe that could tie with the translucent-ness?
