Man, this one was TOO easy . . .

"Fit but you Know it" by the Streets. It just works.

song for my rnager

Post by Mouat » Wed Apr 12, 2006 5:06 am

I think sine my ranger is out in the wild for such long periods and he does get lonely... the song that I think would be best would be the original version of Strokin' by Clarence Carter. :)

The Axel Foley Theme, from the Beverly Hills Cop series, for no other reason than because that song rocks.

I like this thread, it's good silliness.

For Arak "Fanfare for the Common Man" by Aaron Copland

For Gervase "Don't Fear the Reaper" by Blue Oyster Cult
(For those who know Gervase and his line of work the song makes twisted sense.)

For Borin "In the Halls of the Mountain King" by Edvard Grieg
(Okay, that was a cheesy ripoff.)

Sail Your Ship of Dreams

Post by Raona » Sat Apr 22, 2006 9:23 pm

I never thought I'd find something that fit Raona, but lo: "Sea of Stars" by Code 64 seems to do it.

"Under the sea of stars, maneuvering your ship of dreams...seeking everlasting joy, you remove all your scars."

Code 64 isn't exactly Top 40, so if you want, have a listen at http://www.synthetic.org/play/rsa100.htm
It's the last track on the April 10 show, but that whole show is quite good.

A nice song, the lyrics of which you don't need to understand

It's just... so fitting, I think

Muse "Time is Running Out"

*titter*
Light is meaningful only in relation to darkness, and truth presupposes error. It is these opposites which people our life, which make it pungent, intoxicating. We exist in terms of this conflict, in the zone where black and white clash.

Theme Music

Post by Valdimyr » Fri Sep 01, 2006 8:46 pm

I would have to say, "Return to Innocence" by Enigma would be my theme song. I'm not sure why, but when I am playing FK, I listen to a lot of Enigma and Enya and when that song comes into que on the playlist I really get into character and just stride proudly around the realm without a care in the world. I've even on occasion started whistling the tune in character, not giving away what song it was of course.

If you don't listen to Enigma or Enya, and you just want to relax, I would highly suggest you get some of their music.
Sincerely,
Valdimyr

*Squeels* I lalalove Enigma!

I think one of Charissa's many songs would have to be Wunderkind by Analis Morissette. It is also on The Chronicles Of Narnia credits as a song if you have seen that. :)

And Sarades... Both I Love You I'Kill You ... annnd... Silent Warrior by who else but Enigma :D

For Anjania it would have to be "Animal I Have Become" by Three Days Grace, or else "Coming Undone" by Korn

Lysha - Scars by Papa Roach

Supergirl is nicely devious for Daunyelle.

"Who can make you mad
When you're having a blast
I can, I can"

"I'll take your headache away
I'll give you one another day"

"Haven’t you heard?
I’m Super girl
You don't wanna mess with me
I got your back
I know your every move
And I got everything you'll ever need"

*chortle*

Wow, you chose a very good song. I remember back in the summer of '96 my friends and I wasting away the days in my house listening to that album and hanging out, and when not listening to it, our band would be rocking the house down jamming out.

Good album, great summer. Now I must go download Firestarter and all other Prodigy albums

No, just kidding. but for my dwarf the song 'I love this bar' would be appropriate.
