spell thematics

Post by Scylere » Wed Oct 04, 2006 10:06 pm

With my spellcasters I have chosen to cast them with an small exhibition before casting them. My spellcasters have a theme to casting spells. For instance, my Umberlite has a theme related to water and wind.

I have been wondering if this is breaking the rule of pretending your character has abilities they do not have. My spellcasters cast differently than other ones, so it may look like they have power others don't.

Rhy has her most common spells aliased with smotes preceding them. As long as they arent overboard, I dont think it would be a problem.

A good way to avoid going overboard would be to use information available about spells in the helpfiles, keep your emotes in that framework and you should be fine.
Justice is not neccesarily honourable, it is a tolerable business, in essence you tolerate honour until it impedes justice, then you do what is right.

Spelling is not necessarily correct :)
