ROLEPLAY - Purple Orb

A strange purple orb has been seen hovering above the Market Square of Zhentil Keep a few weeks ago. Some witnesses saw it pulsate, increase in size, and spit out strange winged creatures that flew out of it and spread out, flying away in several directions.

The orb is nowhere to be seen now. Is it gone? Or has it simply moved to another spot? What is this orb? Is it related to the purple orb that those who rescued Waukeen held for a short while?

What are those creatures? Where do they come from? Why are they here? Some travellers met blue winged creatures in various spots around Faerun. Are those the same creatures that were spat out by the orb? What are their goals? Now that hope for Ardeep's liberation is rekindled, are we to suffer another invasion from another plane?

As if the sight of those creatures was not enough to make travelling merchants feel for their life, bandit activity along the roads of Western Faerûn has also recently increased. Is there any relation between those events? Is is some plot against trade over Faerûn? Who would want that?

Will there be some unforeseen consequences to Waukeen's return?

This roleplay is far from being ready (and a few areas still need to be built for it), and the main part of it will be done by a group of neutral/evil characters, but all are welcome to share information, guess ICly what it's all about, share theories about the recent events.
