Favored Weapon of Tempus

As far I know some clerics of certains faiths have as weapon skill the favored
weapon of his god.

I wonder if Clerics of Tempus could get 'Long axes' instead of 'Short axes',
since the Battle axe which is the favored weapon of Tempus falls under the first category.
