Faith events and questees/questeds.

Hello I would thanks some insight in this question;

Can a questee/quested character organize events related to the church's dogma in name of his church?

I know that you mustn't await to be faithed to RP a character of a particular faith, but I don't know if organizing something in the name of a church that you still don't belong (although it could serve to show your devotion) is trying
to push things so far.

I would think you would need to be more established in the church than questee/quested.
