Mithril Hall is a different place than anywhere else. Its a tight community where almost everyone knows each other by name and consider them family. Dwarves of Mithril Hall would NOT STEAL FROM EACH OTHER!!!...this inculdes taking ore, metals, and supplies left in carts next to mounts and pets.
Recently, my dwarf has had a large supply of metals taken from his cart located within the Halls. I don't care who took it or why. I mark it up to folks 'new to dwarf-ness' (I hope it wasn't someone intentionally doing it). However, it is not, NOT IC for the good aligned dwarves of Mithril Halls to steal or take without asking from other dwarves of the town.
If I remember correctly, the Imms have some rule about banning characters from the Halls that abuse the area in such a way. (might have changed over the years, anyone confirm?) Dwarves don't steal from dwarves folks. Please keep this in mind.
