In the help files, are he e-mail addresses up to date? I've sent two e-mails in the last couple weeks, and neither of them were responded to.

Depends on the helpfile, some have the way old addresses in them. If you need to send a email, search the howto forum for your issue, whether it is a complaint, publication, or application and follow the instructions within.

Well then, I guess I just have to be patient and give them more time to reply. I haven't sent them anything in a long while, I'm just used to getting a reply quicker then this, lol.

I know that two of the admins have posted about rl things they are taking care of have limited their time so that may or may not have something to do about it. But im sure the emails are being taken care of in the order they are received.

I tried to do a universal search for old addresses and URL's in the helpfiles some time ago, so they *should* all contain correct addresses. If anyone finds anything to the contrary, please do let the help team know! (And a big thanks to everyone who's been helping on the Help Files post!)

The e-mail addys seem correct. The only e-mail address that is on hold, though it still can receive e-mails, is weddings. They are kind of on hold for a bit.

Hey Lathander. One of my e-mails was about getting Llevrin into the faith. Wynne hasn't been online, to my knowledge, in many months, so I suggested a role-play where my priestess might be able to initiate him. That was one of the e-mails I sent.

The other one I sent was about some lost items of my priestess, Loraaga. I died once, and Larethiel dragged my body to the temple of Lathander in Shadowdale, and one of the mobs just picked up my body and I lost quite a few things. The only two things that were irreplacable though, were my sunburst amulet and sunburst ring. So that's the other e-mail I sent.

And I did try to recover my corpse, but there were no IMM's online at the time, and by the time that there were the game had crashed and the mob didn't have my body any more.

The character in question for both these e-mail's, is Loraaga.

I responded to your e-mail regarding the Faith issue last night.

I am waiting to find Larethiel online regarding the second issue.

I'd rather not discuss such things on the forums.

I see. Okay. I didn't get your e-mail though, I fear. I guess my e-mail is goofing up or something. That would explain why I didn't get a reply to my original post about the amulet and ring months ago. Perhaps someone did reply and I just didn't get it. I checked my junk folder just now, and it's empty. So I guess that would mean the problems is on my end. Though I can't imagine why it would just not give me those posts.

One thing to remember is that it takes a bit of time to get a reply because of rl situations and/or other complications. Instead of publicly posting the content of the email in the forums I recommend sending a reply after a week or so in polite grammar asking about the status of your app. One should do it. Currently though if your apps predate sept. 2007 you should send a fresh email to the applications email and not to fkoghma@gmail.com, as they can be better addressed there by the applications team. The key is always patience and not to worry if it takes a bit longer to get a reply. Do the best you can and everything will work out.
May you find the knowledge you seek. If you find something else, it is still knowledge, and as such, still a gain.
