[SPELL] Word of balance

This spell is the neutral version of Blasphemy, Holy word, Dictum and Word of Chaos.

Same effects than those spells but only a LN/TN/CN character can cast it.

I would include NG and NE into the mix as they're kind of in the balance too, non lawful and non chaotic.

Actually, I believe Word of Balance is only TN.

LN can cast Dictum, NE can cast blasphemy, NG can cast Holy Word, and CN can cast... um.... whatever the chaotic word of power is that the name eludes me
