I don't know if this would be possible, though I would like to recommend a "retrieve" command? This command would be used for arrow retrieval from the corpse.
I am assuming that when I am getting my arrows from a corpse, I'm pulling them from its body and placing them back in my quiver. The quivers that are upon the ground are those that reflected harmlessly off of a shield, or armour, or they were dodged.
Therefore, the spam of "get 5 arrow from corpse" "put 5 arrow in quiver" gets quite old and spams the party considerably.
For someone who is trying to RP a follower of Solonor Thelandira and use only archery, it spams a lot Maybe my above recommendation could help?

Re: A new command?
I believe a solution to your problem already exists.
You should be able to use the fill command to basically get everything from the corpse without spamming anyone. While you would get everything else on the corpse along with the arrows, that might just work.
Syntax would be: fill <container> corpse
So an example: fill quiver corpse would probably work. Or maybe simply a pack

Re: A new command?
The fill command for quivers does not work at all either. I was told this is due to "possible abuse", though I can "fill my spellpouch". If I fill my pack, I still create spam by getting all the arrows from the pack then placing them in my quiver. In game, you cannot fire ammo from your pack. It must be in your "hands" or within a "ammo pack".
