[Idea] NPC spawning

Random thought of the day: Is it possible to code random animals instead of the same ones to spawn in the forests? The reason I ask is for RP's sake. Example:

I always see 2 bears wandering outside of Ardeep. Inside are like 1 stag, 1 bear, a boar, a few squirrels. In Fer's eyes this is an over population of bears :p So he kills the bears :p
