I wondered what you would think of removing the Someone looks at % echo.
When it is someone (means the other is not visible) then you should not see that he is looking do you right?

Actually, last time I checked, the game already did that. However, the "last time I checked" was before that last set of changes made to hide/sneak. If that feature was changed, then you'd have my vote to get it changed back.

Based on my testing, LOOK does not give a third party echo if the target is hidden or invisible. Socials do indicate that the social was done to someone, but not who. That makes sense to me!
The test target in this case was not greeted, perhaps that makes a difference?
