I don't want to sidetrack other threads, so I'm starting a new one.
I am trying to find out what the numeric base is for the attribute descriptions. I like how FK has adjectives rather than numbers, but if you are playing a caster... you need to have an idea of your primary attribute's number to cast high-level spells.
According to the help files, we have these descriptors:
Strength: Puny, Weak, Strong, Powerful, Titanic, Herculean
Dexterity: Clumsy, Awkward, Limber, Nimble, Acrobatic, Lightning
Constitution: Gasping, Unhealthy, Healthy, Durable, Hardened, Unstoppable
Intelligence: Moronic, Dimwitted, Smart, Brilliant, Genius, Omniscient
Wisdom: Foolish, Naive, Clever, Wise, Sagacious, Omniscient
Charisma: Untouchable, Offensive, Tactless, Friendly, Charismatic, Blinding
Luck: Dangerous, Unlucky, Unfortunate, Lucky, Favored, Charmed
However, each category also has an average rating, which generally falls between the second and third rating on the list above. The exception is Charisma (and possibly Luck, I can't manipulate that score), which starts as Tactless and then goes up to average.

I had come to the conclusion that my starting scores were 7. During character creation, I added two points to Wisdom and become clever. Three more points and I become Wise. Etc.
However, other posts, such as this one...

Suggest that scores actually start at 10 (At least for generic humans). Which, for me, means I can start thinking about training other stats instead of trying to find more high-level Wisdom trainers.
Can anyone clear this up for me?
