Quests like this do not need to be implemented en masse in order to be effective, or acceptable! Anyone who wants to work on this for their faith is welcome to do so (obviously dependant upon approval of the content).

Are you officially saying it's allowable for builders to put in quests that will faith a follower upon completion?

No. I am saying, officially, that you should feel free to submit requests to add faith-related quests. For example, those like Adabelle suggested (per faith level, by faith).
