Underdark area beneath skullport

Hi

this is reference to the Underdark area beneath skullport. The area reached by descending the tunnel which cannot used to go back up.
Sorry about the poor description but i don't know the area name.
Anyway, to the point. Is there a way to exit this area? I have wondered for ages and can find no way to get back. I know the area has a warning but i presumed that meant you can't go back up the tunnel.
