Projectiles in target inv.

I'd suggest that all projectiles (ie. arrows, bolts, daggers, javelins, etc.) go into the room of their target 100% of the time, rather than having a chance of landing in their inventory.

This would simplify the collection of bolts and arrows with the 'fill quiver' command and prevent fancy masterwork daggers from being eaten.

Although, maybe not 100%, maybe 90% would be better, methinks.

It'd also be nice if, when an arrow snaps on impact, that a kindling item is placed on the ground if the ranger or whatever wants to use it to make a fire and cook food, purify water, or keep some beasties at bay..
