Will taking both the feats of Silent Spell and Still Spell allow a shapechanged player to cast spells?
I ask because Druids normally have the Natural Spell Feat available to them that allows this. This feat is not in game, so will taking the other two feats work as a workaround?
Technically, I would think it should work, but I wonder if the animal races are coded to allow the cast command to work.

Seek ye victory? Ye shall eventually find defeat.
Seek ye defeat? Ye shall most certainly find it.
Seek ye nothing? Then all ye can find is victory.

Re: Question about casting and Shapechange
I don't think that will do it. On the testport, a druid with still and silent spell feats, with both on, still gets
You haven't the ability to cast spells in your race.
when attempting to cast a spell.
Moving this to suggestions...if you play a druid and think this is called for, speak up!

I fully support this suggestion. It makes a lot of sense for druids to be granted these perks and it gives them that special touch. I would really enjoy seeing this added, espcially with all of the nature followers that have been around lately. It would be a very nice addition.
