Ghoul claw vs freedom of movement

Hello!

While fighting some undead in the westgate carnival, I got affected by a new affect called "ghoul claw", this caused me to be paralyzed, while this doesn't qualify as a bug, the fact that I also was affected by 'freedom of movement' might be worth giving it at look, since this spell (or should) allow you to move and attack under mundame or magical circumstances that would hinder you to do so.

It looks like being affected by freedom of movement now prevents you from being affected by 'ghoul claw'. The same for hold person, web and entangle.
