I am aware that a lot is already being worked on and this probably isn't a high priority on the list, but I've noticed that a lot of the older magical items/quest rewards and some of the newer items (enchanted lights via alchemy) do not reveal their enchantments when identified (even as a master with identify), while those that do, still operate under the recently revised "adjective system" and do not actually state how much/little the enchantment(s) affect the wearer. (i.e. Enchantment to increase int by a little instead of Enchantment: +1 Intelligence)
Also, items that grant the wearer permanent protections/resistances, excepting AC/DR/HR and attribute enhancements, are not reflected on the score sheet nor are they shown under the affects list.
Due to the new magical item restriction limit, I think it would be a good addition if the older items were revamped to reveal enchantments via identification (with skill in the spell still affecting the outcome of course), and that items that give the wearer permanent resistances have the added resistance be shown under affects. This way one would be able to more accurately determine which items do what, and be able to choose between what to use accordingly.
