[Weapon] Bastard Sword Proficiency

Can we adjust Bastard Swords to meet SRD for proficiency? I noticed a couple days ago that even if you're two-handing a bastard sword it counts as exotic. In SRD you only need the Exotic Weapon Proficiency feat for Bastard Swords if you want to use them one-handed.

Same applies for katanas (hence Cahir's odd EWP: katana feat. XD)
