I have scoured the forums trying to research what, exactly, the toughness feat does.

^ a previous topic started and never really answered, referencing a post from pre-salvation days (a looooong time ago, before feats were added/fixed) that doesn't answer the question, either.
The feat adds a static amount of hitpoints. Is the amount influenced by CON score, or is simply a number? If it is a number, is it 3 (PnP) or is it adjusted for 50 levels on FK (7.5/8?)
Just curious, as many have invalidated the Toughness feat as a waste of a feat point.

This feat appears to add five hit points regardless of one's CON value.
I trained the feat four times in a row while my test PC had 19 CON and received five hit points per training. Then I trained it another three times each with 15 and 22 CON with the same results (five HP gained per training of the feat).
