I was wondering...there are dashes in your feats listing that shows how many times a feat can be trained...Keeping this in mind, in the feats listing, I noticed that there are 2 dashes
spell penetration *- (example)
does this mean that we could train it up to 2 times for double the penetration? Or is it a typo. Thank you
~Elenthis.
Far away and across the field, the tolling of the iron bell calls the faithful to their knees to hear the softly spoken magic spell.

Yes, should you find a trainer who can train a second level, presumably a higher/stronger/faster/better level, you can train it 2 times.
I believe you can trian endurance and toughness both 10 times, each of their *'s stacking to give you more of that feat.

Yup, if you can find someone who can train you to the second level of spell penetration, it means your spell penetration is that much more potent.
For example (with made up numbers) one rank in spell penetration allows a 20% chance to penetrate defenses, while a second rank allows a 50% chance.
