I may be mistaken but I can't find any help files explaining how touch attacks are and what their based on.
If their based on the same things here as they are in dnd 3.5 I offer to rite them up fairly quickly

I trained up double-edged bananas because the uber-plantain of doom I scored from the beehive quest was the best weapon in the game. Now it's being treated like a bug and they have gimped its damage! That's not fair! My character is ruined!
