Think command....

I don't know if this has been brought up before, but I would like to suggest a command that allows a player to have a conversation with themselves. There are several benefits that can come from this and I will state one.
a) While other PC's wouldn't benefit from this outright, it can add flavor as well as a way for storytellers and imm's that may be listening to understand what is motivating the character at that moment and perhaps give them insight into future plans he may not want to be publicly notified.
Say that player A is racist against Player B, but due to a common vestment, saying something or showing any emotion other than agreeing would harm, or compromise future relations with said parties. So instead, player A tells Player B they are fine with it while in their head they think, stupid player B this is only lasting as long as it has to until I can get away from them.
That scenario is kind of lame, but it would show the storytellers and imm's that he's doing it, not for himself, but another reason.
Any thoughts on this idea?
