[Skill] Dual Wield not working at all

Hi guys! I just cannot seem to get my offhand weapon to attack at all. I've been having this problem since I picked up the skill. I was worried it was just a very rare occurrence, but after seeing others with a lower skill than mine actually hit many times while traveling, I figured I would report it here.

And as a final note, I did make sure two use two different weapon damage-types to distinguish the attacks. Any attacks made with the offhand would be piercing, but there is not even a miss in the log. I can send more logs if need be, or send any other information. I was worried about sending this at first, that maybe I was just forgetting something, but at this point I would have no idea what that is. Thank you for looking into this!

Dual wield appears to not work for a left-handed PC. A left-handed PC (with or without the relevant feats) will only attack with the weapon in the left hand (be it light or not).

I have a theory on this, but it would take me much too long to actually test, so I'm hoping to gain help to test it:

I was speaking to a few others, and some people have known left handed dual-wielders. Since the bug seems to derive from which hand is dominant, I thought about anything that has to do with it, and when Jethral was first created, he was actually right handed, but through an app I had him changed to left handed (special snowflake, I know).

My theory is, was it possible that when a character is made and his dominant hand is changed, if there is code in there that governs dual-wielding? And that while an admin can change the dominant hand, it doesn't change that initial generation?

Just a thought since people have told me other left handed people have been able to do so. Since I have no tools to test this, I just figured I'd post it.
