Paladin's Bonded Mount

I was curious if anyone could tell me if a paladin's bonded mount counts towards the normal two minion limit? I would assume that it probably does, but was just hoping to clarify for sure before I go about attempting to summon one.

Your bonded mount will come in time. Don't worry about it just yet.

Understood and thank you for the response. I wasn't sure how the process worked and was acting a bit like a kid on Christmas with all the new prayers/abilities to consider. It was explained to me a little on how it works though so I won't worry about it until the time is right.
