Brew and Scribe and Bards

Brew and Scribe are both included in the Bard skill file but cannot actually be used due to the difference in how Bards use magic. Can we get these removed from the file so that newer players are not getting their hopes up about being able to Brew and Scribe?

Hi it's a known issue because I made a mistake - it's not an urgent fix and we'll get there because as soon as I had it done I realized how dumb I am!
