Do some races get extra feat points?
If so, is there a helpfile that lists them or can someone write what races get extra bonus feat points? Thanks!

No, bonus feats are controlled by class (guild).
The help file is up to date regarding the current amount of bonus feats earned by guild. All races will receive the same amount of bonus feats with the only caveat being ECL.

Hello! I thought I'd just chime in and say there are two races that receive a bonus feat point at level 1: humans and strongheart halflings. The bonus point is just added as a regular feat point, however, not listed as a bonus per se.
