Evil Aligned Bards

The game is currently down, and my computer access is limited by time so I cannot access the help files at the moment. Question being: Can bards be of evil alignment?

Well, Bards have to be a neutral of Alignment so I think it may be possible but I dont know much on the subject though there are bards that follow Talos so the answer might be yes

There are three famous bards of Talos. :) I can name two other evil bards on top of that. :)
