Could a priest not bless say a flask of water and make holy water?

Yes, say you have a flask of water....and you need a vial of holy water for something....a priest could bless the water and make it like a flask of holy water....

It would be a neat addition, ive many times needed holy water and havent been able to find anything but a flask of normal water.

Exactly what got me thinking about this. I need some holy water for a quest and I could not find any. I think that it would be a nice little rp thing for priest.
