Radiate/Banish Light

For a good or evil mage that wants to be disguised, the alternate spell either radiates intense light or absorb every last bit of it (light a black hole!) As a result, other players will only see A Blindingly Shining Figure or An Enshrouded Dark Figure.

I think that sounds sweet, but there are already a few disguise/invis skills out there so it might be to much overkill. Perhaps an item that has the same affect?
