I have obtained the second edition download. The free download links no longer work. So im passing the file onto anyone who wants it. Tomorrow the link will change to a more permanant location on a computer that is almost always on. Enjoy.

I have uploaded the main article about 3rd ed. gnomes from Dragon 291. Its quite a dousey in file size for only 12 pages. (74MB). If you need a toned down version let me know. It is available at the previous posted link.
