I was looking for any resources on Shar, I have the Faith and Pantheon book, and have got the book Mistress of Night from the Priest Series, I was wondering if there were any other resources out there that could help me better understand shar

Faiths and Avatars & Prayer from the Faithful have a little bit more stuff

Faiths and Avatars is a second ed book. Not quite sure on the other, but it's probably second as well (if it is, I need to put it on my list to pick up)

They're both AD&D sourcebooks. Faith and Avatars is the AD&D equivalent of Faiths and Pantheons - with a little different information.

Prayer from the Faithful is a collection of stories/myths/legends about many in the Primary Pantheon...Shar being one of them. They go into detail of her sacred text "Gorothir's Girdle". It's kind of neat, but not totally necessary information about the deity.
