The name and part of the idea comes from the Leadership feat detailed in the PHB and DMG for 3rd edition.
What I propose for FK would merely be:
This feat allows you to hire an additional henchman. An extra slot would be added to how many henchmen you can hire.
Prereq would be:
Character must be at least lvl 35. Character must have at least a 16 cha.
This feat may only be taken once.
Hope that was easy enough, this may complement or go without my post here:

Or a feat that allows more pets? I did not know characters could retain henchmen in the traditional sense unless they operated in a dwelling but a feat allowing more pets might be interesting. Say... one more, to make a warrior who kept hounds or a ranger with several forest creatures.

Re: Leadership Feat
I love this idea and would like to see a feat such as this installed into the game. And even though I am more of a loner type, being that I like to be alone, other than my animal companions I also like the thought of having a feat so that you can hire extra henchman to walk around and fight with you. I wouldn't use that feat, but for ones that do like to travel in groups, this would make an excellent way for them to do so, even if no other PC's were around.Say... one more, to make a warrior who kept hounds or a ranger with several forest creatures.
Sincerely,

Increasing the number of followers allowed has been discussed by the Imm team once or twice in the last year. Increasing the number from two raises a few concerns.
NPCs, mounts and pets which you can hire or purchase vary in the game from tiny squirrels, through war mounts up to armed and armoured bodyguards.
The dilemma for the Administrative side of the game then becomes... What if a player hires three combatants rather than three fluffy pets.
Perhaps require the Leadership feat before a player can hire 'people' and otherwise restrict to mounts and pets. Perhaps add another slot but allow it only to be filled with a pet type animal.
I'm all for giving folk roleplaying choices and would love to see rangers with two loyal hounds and a noble hawk. Or a spinster from Waterdeep surrounded by her cats. My personal wishlist would be for enough slots for a dog sled team (that's trademarked and patented by me ) but that wish has to be weighed against balance within the game.

Perhaps code could be altered to make a cap for the amount of levels combined of the three chosen minions. Like say it was 35. You could have a lev 15 horse and two lev 10 badgers or some sort.
Another possibility is an OOC quest in order to train the feat that explains that if you are caught using the code to have 3 high level minions you must accept the consequences. Although there are enough policies for the imm staff to police as it is.

I could see how such a feat could be abused. Like, say, a wizard with three diamond golems. Though most wizards I know of couldn't afford that, but maybe a really high-leveled could, But to do that they'd have to level up without any pets, do it all alone or with other pc. Well, I suppose a pet might die though, but it's never happened to me yet. All and all, aside from the possibility of abuse,I like the idea.
If a mage could afford (which I doubt) diamond golems (if they exist in the MUD), then I say let them. Plus, I'm sure other classes would have their own minions to balance it out. I'm not sure how feasible the feat is, but the "mages might grow too powerful" argument shouldn't be used against it.
If you have knowledge, let others light their candles with it.
