Area.syn problems

I can't download the area.syn file, it opened, so I copied the text and tried to save it with the name area.syn, but instead it saved as area.syn.txt. I am trying to teach myself to build and all, so every tool I can get to help me would be nice, so my question is how do I get that file in the proper format?

When you click the link, right-click and select save as..., then click save.

Thank you! It worked! I'm used to things downloading on their own, lol, guess I'm just spoiled that way.
