Dual Wield?

Hi, I wasn't sure where to post this but I am wondering why Bards don't get dual wield. They have it in DnD.

Everybody has Dual Wield in D&D.

Bards who could dual wield would be a nice thing to see and it isn't something strange there was a bard kit called "blade" who focused in those bards who are not singers but excellent acrobats and deadly with light weapons.

Anyway one of the things that I would kill for is an expansion of the sing skill/perform which is usually the focus of the class in D&D.

Perhaps bards lost the ablility to better split the difference betten rogue and bard.

When looking at bards who can hide/sneak. Backstab, dual wield.. They are a spell casting rogue..

Losing such a skill gives something more to the rogue class

Though, this is just my opinion

There are skills that make the thief class unique and desirable in any party: disable trap and lockpick alongside track and gouge/backstab/circle stab, I don't think dual wield is something as exclusive since two other classes have it to draw a line between a thief and a bard.
