Uncoded hometowns

I would like to know the policy, if possible, the policy related to claiming that you are from an uncoded hometown like Calismhan/Evermeet and if when that hometown becomes coded you could have your hometown changed to it.

The policy is that you cannot roleplay anything that makes your pc a special roleplay without an application. A hometown like that is usually ok to roleplay without an application and when it comes into the game you may use the application process and it usually costs some kismet. However, even if it is okay to roleplay that, it is always best to send a mail so that the imms at least know your intentions. And they might even have a special roleplay for a character in mind from that region for when it comes into game.
