This would be one feat that would combine all the extra feats in various errata (extra turning, extra smiting, extra wild shape). I don't know if any classes get more than one ability per day, so I thought this best.
Basically, I would propose that this would simply double your ability uses per day.
Or, it could merely add +4 to them.

A cleric may attempt to turn or rebuke undead a number of times per day equal to three plus his Charisma modifier. A cleric with 5 or more ranks in Knowledge (religion) gets a +2 bonus on turning checks against undead.

Turn undead does as Sairaven said.
Shapechange uses increase per level till about wildshape 6/day and elemental 3/day.
Smite evil and remove disease (Paladin abilities) increase per level until 5/day (smite) and week (disease).
