[Feat] Celestial/Fiendish Bloodline

Celestial Bloodline: Ability to use Protection from Evil 3x/day and bless 1x/day as spell-like ability w/ a caster level equal to your character level.
Fiendish Bloodline: Ability to use Protection from Good 3x/day and bane 1x/day as spell-like ability w/ a caster level equal to your character level.

I suppose these could be translated to 'skill/spell level proficiency' where level 50 = cast spell as if you had the spell Grandmastered. Lower levels would be set accordingly?

Celestial Bloodline requires Aasimar race and some Admin-determined level requirement. (Shouldn't be high - prerequisite is only a will save requirement of +1)

Fiendish Bloodline requires Fey'ri, Tanarukk, Tiefling race and some Admin-determined level requirement. (Shouldn't be high - prerequisite is only a will save requirement of +1)
