Dwarven Racial Bonus: Alcohol Tolerance

Well, subject says all. What does everyone think of a dwarf being stronger vs. alcohol than the other races?

From my interactions with dwarves, I've always been under the impression they already had this. Seems like every dwarf I've met has been able to pound down far more than the lethal amount and still be fairly sober. Just my impressions though. I may be wrong.

I thought it relied on higher constitution stats. Since dwarves have this I assumed it was universal.
