[SPELL] Dispel Evil

This our actual dispel evil:

Dispel Evil
=======
Abjuration
Range: Touch
Target: Offensive
Syntax: cast 'dispel evil' <target>

This spell invokes the wrath of the gods upon an evil victim.

(A) 4th Level Paladin Spells (B) 5th Level Cleric Spells

This is dispel evil according D&D rules:

What I propose is either adding the chance of banish evil outsiders or directly making this prayer just able to banish evil outsiders.

As many as creatures of evil alignment which have as homeplane other than the prime material plane in which is Toril

Actually, tieflings who are born here on the prime material are considered native to prime. So they would not be affected by Dispel Evil, because there's no where else to banish them to.

Demons, devils, imps, quasits, some mephits I believe, these are all evil outsiders. Demons and devils of course can be further broken down into a ton of subgroups and species.
