A wízard spell that would function the same way as disguise, but depending on skill level could change the sex, and even race of the caster. People would have a chance to see through the illusion, though not as large as in Disguise, because this is magic. Could be availabe to bards too.

The change sex spell already allows a caster to change their gender

With that in mind, I would say that a new spell was not needed
