Accent
Syntax: accent - shows current accent player is using.
Syntax: accent dwarven - turns on the dwarven accent.
Syntax: accent none - turns off the accent.
This command was developed for those that wish to more easily and
accurately portray the infamous dwarven accent on Forgotten Kingdoms.
This allows the player to type as normal, and the language program
will take what is written and auto-translate it, adding the dwarven
accent.
