Syntax: answer <name> (to claim a question from a player)
Syntax: answer <your answer to a question> (sends your answer to player)
Syntax: answer done (closes a question you claim as finished)
Syntax: answer name done (closes a question not needing an answer)
ANSWER is the command used by admins and Player Council to claim a question
sent by a player, and open a channel to the player's character. Once claimed,
you are responsible for the answer and must complete the support until the
request is satisfied.
Once you claim a question by typing ANSWER <NAME>, a direct connection is
opened between you and the asker. The asker can now talk directly to the
answerer by using ASK, and the answerer can talk directly to the asker
by using ANSWER.
When you are finished answering a question, and the player has no further
questions or comments, do not forget to type ANSWER DONE.
Only members of the player council have access to ANSWER.
