Bards are entertainers of all kinds. They are the minstrels,
storytellers, skalds, etc. of the Forgotten Kingdoms. A bard
is a rogue who can harness the power of song to cast spells.
A bard's primary characteristics are dexterity and charisma,
and a bard may hold any alignment.
Bard Eligibility Requirements:
* Complete an artistic work.
* Have the rogue class.
* Have a 15 Charisma ability score.
* Bards are created by schools and these schools may have their own
requirements of race, religion, or statistics (ability scores). Some
may exceed the minimum scores shown above!
* Rogues seeking to become bards should not train the shield proficiency
feat because it is given to all bards free upon promotion. PCs who have it already
will not be refunded a feat point. Bards may train the armor proficiency feat as
much as they wish before or after promotion to bard.
