Crime

Syntax: crime [list/read] [#]

Crimes are reported by mobiles and PC's to a judge NPC that has been set up
for the area in which the crime was committed.  By using the crime command in
the courtroom where crimes are reported you can get a list of crimes committed
in the area and read the details of the crime.
