Report
Syntax: report list <Presents a list of crimes you have witnessed>
Syntax: report # <To report crime number # in the list above>
If your character is present when another PC commits a crime (such as
assault, murder, or theft), the game will remember your having witnessed it.
The 'report' command allows you to report what you know to the appropriate
authorities, such that the City Guard will arrest said individual the next
time they spot them.
* You must be standing before a judge NPC in order to actually report a crime
* This command is for reporting crimes against NPCs. To report a crime
committed against a PC, seek out the PC legal authorities in the area where
the crime was committed (e.g., the Watch, in Waterdeep)
* You will only remember having witnessed a crime while you remain logged in.
