Empower spell feat
This feat allows you to cast spells to greater effect. An empowered spell
damages half again as much as normal, or cures half again as much as normal.
An empowered spell uses up a spell slot two levels higher than the spell's
actual level.
* Please note that only variable, numeric effects of spells benefit from this
half again empowerment.
* This feat is a metamagic feat.
* This feat has no pre-requisites
